About TONADA
There was no factory behind TONADA, no investor, no team waiting in the wings — just one woman with a needle, a dress form, and no one to answer to but herself. That's still true today. Every piece begins exactly the way it always has: by hand, on her own terms.
What grew from that has never needed advertising — TONADA grew one recommendation at a time, into a house trusted for evening wear, bridal, and occasion pieces by the people who wore it first. Today that same craft ships from a Cairo studio to clients across the US, UK, Australia, and Canada.
Every TONADA piece starts on the dress form, not the sketchpad — fabric gathered, pinned, and draped by hand until the line sits right on the body. Embellishment is placed one stitch at a time, in our own studio in Cairo.
Nothing here is mass-produced, rented, or repeated exactly twice — because nothing about how this was built was, either. What you receive was made for you, by a woman who made this out of nothing but her own two hands.

A short summary below — the full Agreement & Refund Policy is reviewed and signed when you place your order.
A 50% non-refundable deposit begins production. The remaining balance, plus shipping, is due before your piece ships.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After that, production begins and the deposit is non-refundable.
We provide a video guide to help you measure accurately. Since each piece is cut to those measurements, we can't refund for fit issues caused by inaccurate submissions — but if a fit issue is our error, we'll cover local alterations or offer a partial refund if reported within 7 days with photos.
Tone and texture can look slightly different in person than on screen, due to lighting and fabric variation. We're unable to offer refunds based on subjective colour or feel differences.
Shipped worldwide via trusted couriers. Customs fees and courier delays are outside our control and aren't eligible for refund.
Every design, photo, and video is TONADA's own work. We may feature completed pieces on our channels — let us know before ordering if you'd rather we didn't. Rental, resale, or reposting our designs or media without written permission isn't permitted.

We walk you through a simple self-measurement process from home — most international clients complete it in under 15 minutes, no in-person fitting required.
Most pieces take 4–6 weeks to make, then ship worldwide via tracked courier. Peak seasons can run longer — we'll always tell you upfront if that applies to your order.
Since every piece is cut to the measurements you submit, we can't refund for fit issues caused by inaccurate measurements — but if a fit issue is our error, we'll cover local alterations or offer a partial refund if you reach out within 7 days with photos.
